What is hypnotherapy online?

Hypnotherapy online is simply a hypnotherapy session held over Zoom.  It is very similar to being in the same room with your therapist, however, you can be in the comfort of your own home. There's no travel time, and you can book around your schedule rather than clinic hours.

How does online hypnotherapy work?

Simple there are just 3 easy steps to getting started with your online hypnosis session.


1. Book your free telephone consultation - during the consultation, we will discuss what you are looking to achieve with hypnotherapy. When you are ready, we agree on the date and time of your first online appointment. Confirmation of the session along with the zoom details is sent to you via email.


2. Get ready for your session - You will need a Wi-Fi connection. You can use a laptop/computer/tablet or mobile to access the session as long as it has a webcam so you can be seen. Make sure you are in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for the duration of the planned session. Sit on a comfortable chair, sofa or bed and make sure your face and hands (resting on your lap) can be seen. 


3. Relax and let's make change happen - At the time of your session access the zoom meeting via the link in your email. Sit back and allow yourself to enjoy the process. We then begin the session. As with an in-person session, the content of the session will be tailored to your desired outcome and what you want to achieve from the hypnotherapy sessions.

Is online hypnotherapy as effective as being in the therapy room? 

Yes, absolutely, in fact quite often clients find it easier to relax into a hypnotic trance when they are familiar with their surroundings. 

You see, the change does not happen in the therapy room.  The change happens inside of you, I'm simply your guide to aid you into the hypnosis state and together we work on resolving the unconscious blocks and move you towards your success.
