Freedom from Emotional Eating
The Freedom from Emotional Eating programme includes a total of four online 1-2-1 hypnotherapy sessions and a personalised hypnotherapy recording designed for your individual needs. The sessions are provided over a period of between 5-8 weeks depending on your schedule. Dates and times are agreed in advance.
